Welcome to Luminosia. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our site and the purchase of products from us. By making a purchase from our site, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

Ordering:
- By placing an order on our site, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
- All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you and offer you a refund or exchange for an equivalent product.

Prices and payment:
- Product prices are quoted in euros and include applicable VAT.
- Payment for products is made at the time of ordering by credit card or any other means of payment accepted on our site.
- We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. The applicable prices are those displayed on our site at the time your order is placed.

Delivery:
- We will ship your order as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
- Delivery costs are included in the price of the order.

- Delivery times are 5 to 7 working days from order processing. For bulky items, however, delivery times vary from 7 to 12 working days.

- We are not responsible for delays in delivery attributable to the carrier.

Right of withdrawal :
- In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception of return costs which remain at your expense.
- Returned products must be in their original condition and accompanied by their original packaging.

-Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

-To initiate a return, the package must first be received by the customer, who should then contact us for the return procedure.

-No returns will be accepted without our prior agreement.

Warranty and liability :
- We guarantee the conformity of the products sold on our site and undertake to refund or exchange any defective or non-compliant product.
- We cannot be held liable for any indirect or unforeseeable damage.
